Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see the exceptions listed below. 

Products must be sealed in the original packaging and in at least like new condition. We have the right to refuse any return if the package and product do not appear to be in at least like new condition.

When you return a product, you may receive a full refund credited to your original payment method once your return has been approved and processed. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, which will be automatically applied to your Viriche account. Please message customer service with your order number and the last four of the payment method used to establish that you would like store credit.

Reward points and Store Credits are non-refundable for returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund in less than three weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), as well as the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all supplements and tools, including, but not limited to, Osmosis makeup products. We do not accept refunds or returns for supplements, tools, makeup, makeup tools, wellness products, etc.
